Cocktail recipes are one of my favorite souvenirs! They are an easy reminder of a special trip and they are fun to share with friends. They also don’t clutter to my home. This Pisco Sour recipe is a favorite of mine from Peru.
2 oz Pisco
1 Oz Lime Juice
1 Oz Simple Syrup
1 oz egg white
Add the ingredients in the above order. Shake with 4 or 5 cubes of ice until frothy. Add a dash of bitters and a shake of nutmeg or cinnamon. Enjoy!
